The Prefects Retreat at Start-Rite Schools (Secondary Section) afforded our students an opportunity to discuss their responsibilities as prefects, and take part in numerous activities and discussions that helped to improve their leadership abilities, sense of courage, and strength in character.
The Chairman, Start-Rite Schools Advisory Board, Distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba OFR, CON, SAN spoke to the students about Servant Leadership and engaged them in deep conversations about leadership, responsibility, and compassion.
Other speakers gave the students an idea of what it means to engender trust among themselves as a basis for effectiveness.
We deeply appreciate our Chairman and other speakers for finding time to engage with our students and provide guidance in line with standards expected of good student leaders.
