Living values are designed to motivate students and to involve them in thinking about themselves, others and the world in relevant ways.
As a values-based school, this platform is used as a medium for the children to educate one another on the living value for the term. Each class is expected to do a class presentation once a term based on the current term’s living value. Class presentations are held on Thursdays for Primary School and parents are invited to attend from 8 a.m. in the School Auditorium.
In Start-Rite Day Secondary, the focus is on the Six Pillars of Character. These pillars of character are core ethical values of CHARACTER COUNTS which help to instill a positive school climate for students, thereby, ensuring that the school remains safe for them to learn.
